As a part of Institutional Strengthening of MuAN, Association of Municipalities in the Netherland International (VNGi) in cooperation with technical Assitant from German Development Service (DED)  has completed one mission on Training Need Assessment for MuANs own staff and developed further recommendations for institutional develoment. 

Another mission on communication strategy by VNGi Consultant also visited MuAN to facilitate for MuAN Communication Strategy to improve the information flow and the interaction internally and externally. This is in adraft stage and further work is going on.
