Training on Behavioural Change Communication

Three days training on behavior change and communication was held at Sahamati, Nawalparasi on 3-5 of May, 2012. The training was organized by SWASHTHA project. The training was facilitated by Mr. Dipak Timisina from ICA. There were altogether 31 participants from different projects of ENPHO. While working on the field, the participants felt that it is rather hard to change the perception and behavior of community people than anything else. Different types of tools like ORID method, problem tree method and basic facilitating skills were discussed during the training program.
