The programme will be the fifteenth in the series of training courses of KLRTC (Kuala Lumpur Regional Training Centre). For the first time, the Training Course will be held in Seoul and will be organised by KLRTC partners in collaboration with the Human Resource Development Centre of Seoul Metropolitan Government. The Course will be held in conjunction with teh Seminar on Transportation Strategies for Sustainable Urban Development. Like previous courses, Knowledge Management/ CityShare Methodology will be introduced by UNITAR as a self-assessment method. City-to-City cooperation will be identified to help committed participating cities/organisations in action plan implementation.

*KLRTC is a CIFAL Centre initiated in partnership by UNITAR, CITYNET, KL City Hall, Veolia Environnement, UNDP, and other partners. More partners are expected to join the KLRTC initiative in the near future.
